Service Delivery Policy

How Misha Enterprises (DigiMantis Digital Solutions) delivers its services to clients across India.
1. Digital services only
- All our services are digital. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there is no shipping or delivery charge.
2. When work starts
- Work starts within 2–3 working days after we receive the 50% advance and the materials we need from you (logo, photos, content, logins).
- Timelines for each project are shared in your quote.
3. How we deliver
- Designs, videos, Reels, reports and other files are delivered online by email, WhatsApp or Google Drive.
- Websites are delivered as a live website on your domain, with access shared with you.
4. Monthly packages and Reel shoots
- Monthly packages run for the calendar month as agreed in your quote.
- On-location Reel and video shoots are done in person in and around Jaipur on a scheduled date. Everything else is 100% online, across India.
5. Delays
- If we are waiting for your content, feedback or approvals, the timeline is extended by the same time. We keep you updated on WhatsApp or email.
