Terms & Conditions – DigiMantis Digital Solutions

1. About us

These terms apply to all services provided by DigiMantis Digital Solutions ("DigiMantis", "we", "us"), base camp: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. By using digimantis.in or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide Reels and video production, social media marketing, paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube), SEO, website development and related digital services. Online services are available across India. On-location Reel shoots are done in and around Jaipur unless agreed otherwise.

3. Quotes and orders

Prices on the website are starting prices. The final price depends on your requirement and is confirmed on WhatsApp, email or a written quote before work starts.

4. Payment

• Work starts after the advance payment: 50% of the project value.
• The balance is due before the website goes live or before final files are delivered.
• Monthly marketing packages are paid in advance each month.
• Ad spend (the money paid to Meta, Google, etc.) is separate from our service fee and is paid by the client.
• Payments can be made only online through our official Pay page, digimantis.in/pay: by UPI, card or netbanking via Razorpay, or by UPI/bank transfer.
• Do not pay anything in cash. DigiMantis does not accept cash payments, and we are not responsible for any cash given to anyone.

5. Refunds and cancellation

• No refund. All payments made to DigiMantis, including the advance, are non-refundable, whether the project is cancelled before or after work starts.
• Monthly packages can be cancelled with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. No refund is given for the current or any past month.

6. Website development

• The first year of domain and hosting is included in website packages. From the second year, renewal is ₹999/year (.in domain plus hosting). A .com domain renews at its actual cost.
• The domain is registered in the client's name.
• Each website package includes 3 rounds of revisions before the website goes live and 2 rounds after it goes live. Further changes, new pages or features are charged separately. Fixing errors from our side is always free.
• If renewal is not paid on time, the website may go offline until it is paid.

7. What we need from you

You must provide the content, logo, photos, product details and approvals on time. Delays from your side may delay delivery. All material you give us must be yours, or you must have the right to use it.

8. Results

We work hard to grow your business, but we do not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, followers, views or Google rankings, because these depend on platforms, competition and the market.

9. Ads and platforms

Ad accounts and pages are run under the platforms' own rules. We are not responsible if Meta, Google, YouTube or any other platform rejects an ad, limits reach or suspends an account.

10. Copyright and usage rights

• All content created by DigiMantis, including Reels, videos, edits, designs, graphics, scripts, ad creatives and website design and code, remains the copyright of DigiMantis Digital Solutions.
• After full payment, the client gets the right to use this content for their own business: on their social media, website, ads and marketing.
• The client may not resell, sublicense, or claim authorship of this content, or give it to another agency or person for reuse or editing, without our written permission.
• Raw footage, project files and source files stay with DigiMantis and are not included unless agreed in writing.
• Material the client provides to us (logo, photos, product details) remains the client's property.
• We may show our work in our portfolio and on our social media unless the client asks us not to in writing.
• Full ownership transfer of content or source files is available on request, with charges decided on discussion.

11. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, logins and data private and use them only for your project.

12. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
